Katie Burse stieß zu „Power of Diversity“, während sie für die Creative Foundation in Folkestone arbeitete. Dort war sie vier Jahre lang als Produktionsassistentin tätig. In der ersten Projektphase arbeitete sie sowohl als Produzentin als auch als Darstellerin und wurde dann als Performerin für das Projekt ausgewählt.

Katie Burse currently works as the Programming and Participation Manager for artsdepot in North London, a multi-art form, award-winning cultural hub. Here she delivers a broad creative programme in the venue’s two theatres, a programme of regular courses and classes and an artist development strand as well as targeted arts projects together with a range of people from all over London, including groups with disabilities, people over sixty and young homeless people. Katie Burse became involved in the “Power of Diversity” project whilst working for the Creative Foundation in Folkestone. Here she worked as an Assistant Producer for four years and both produced and performed in the initial stage of the project before being selected to work with PAN.OPTIKUM as a performer in the production.
